6/8/1928 Death Claims Wife Of Pioneer Banker (Friday)
Claremore, June 7 – Mrs. Mary Bayless, 72 years old, died from pneumonia Thursday morning. She was the widow of John Bayless, who was one of Claremore's pioneer bankers.
She leaves four sons, Wayne, Ross, Guy and Burk, and a daughter, Mrs. G.D. Davis. Funeral services will be at the First Baptist church here at 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon.
