Marjorie Willard, 78, of North Richland Hills passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, in North Richland Hills. Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Capps Memorial Chapel, Fairfield, with Rev. Terry Skinner officiating. Interment follows in Lake Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. Mrs. Willard was born in Navarro County near Streetman on Jan. 23, 1938, to parents Frank Lewis and Gladys Erlene Anderson Rouse. She married Dale Willard on June 23, 1955, and they moved to Richland Hills in 1958. In addition to being a homemaker, Mrs. Willard kept books at the family business, Dale's Used Cars. She was a charter member of the Col. Roger Q. Mills Chapter 2466 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and a charter member of Jose Antonio Navarro Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. She later moved her memberships to the Fort Worth area. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield. Survivors: Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dale of North Richland Hills; sons, Tony Willard of North Richland Hills, Todd Willard and wife, Melinda, of Fort Worth; sister, Marlene Ivy and husband, Raymond, of Fairfield; brother, Frankie Rouse Jr. of Corsicana; grandchildren, Courtney Hamedi and husband, Tarek, of Weatherford, Kirstyn McDowell of Purdon; stepgrandchildren, Blake Griffin, Courtney Griffin, Ryan Griffin and wife, Bailey; great-grandchildren, Kayden and Parker McDowell; stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryder and Ramsey Griffin. 25, 2016
