Fellowship, St Albans. Lilly was an avid painter and had been Selected for several juried exhibitions. Her work of art are on display at the Women Artists Collection at the
University of Charleston. She was an avid bridge player and a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry C "Hank" Bias ; four sisters; three brothers. Surviving are sons and daughters-in-laws. Steve and Donna Bias and Mark and Nancy Bias; Daughter, Missy Bias; and four grandchildren. Service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Bollinger Funeral Home, Charleston. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St Albans.
