He was a graduate of Melrose High School, Class of 1963.
Joe worked for the Boston Naval Shipyard from 1967 to 1973 and as a Letter Carrier for the Wakefield Post Office from 1973 to 1999.
He has been a resident of Wakefield for the past 16 years and a former resident of North Reading for 25 years.
Burial in Riverside Cemetery in North Reading.
