Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Pilgrim Church with the Reverends P.E. Weisinger and Otto Britton officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers and interment will be in the Pilgrim Cemetery.
Mrs. Parker is survived by three sons, M.B. (Miles Benjamin) Parker of Tennessee Colony, A.D. (Armistead) Parker and C.L. (Caro Lee) Parker, both of Elkhart; four daughters, Mrs. J.F. Burke and Mrs. C.C. (Gaily) Davis, both of Elkhart, Mrs. J.D. (Patsy) Goforth of Fort Worth, and Mrs. J.E. Gilmore of Hillsboro; twenty-three grandchildren; forty-two great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and one sister-in-law, Mrs. Addie Pipkin of Houston.

Cynthia Faith Bennett Parker, age 93 years, 9 months, and 1 day, of Elkhart, died on May 17, 1950 at Palestine Sanitarium, Palestine, Texas. She was born Aug. 16, 1856 in Texas to Miles Bennett and Laura Jordan Bennett. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Parker Jr., in 1917. Burial was in Pilgrim Cemetery, south of Elkhart.
