She was born in New Port Richey and moved to Inverness 12 years ago from Clearwater. She was a junior at Citrus High School and was employed by Kash n' Karry. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Survivors include her parents, Mark and Bonnie; two brothers, Carl Helms and Michael Leahy, both of Inverness; a sister, Angel Jordan, Inverness; her paternal grandfather, Walter Jordan, Inverness; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wells, New Port Richey.
