Daughter of Fred and Gladys (Haaff) Lee and sister of Donald Patmore and Charlene Peattie. In 1941 she married Donald Lee who was stationed at Fort Casey with the army. During World War II she lived in Coupeville and worked at Pat's place restaurant as a waitress. After World War II the family traveled and lived on military bases in Europe and the United States. They returned to Coupeville in 1962 after Don's retirement.
