Opie E. "Nin" Moore, 46 of Patriot, Ohio, formerly of Walton, Roane County, W.Va., died June 8, 1993, at home after a long illness. He was a disabled roofer. He was a 14-year resident of Gallia County and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving: wife, Penny Jayne Moore; sons, Jessie James of Cleveland, Robert Eugene, with the Air Force; stepdaughter, Susan Gayle Leonard of Gallipolis; brother, Richard of Walton; sisters, Berneice Moore of Walton, Bernaetta Shamblin of Spencer, W.Va.; one granddaughter.

Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Charles Shafer officiating. Burial will be in Billy Hunt Cemetery, near Walton. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
