Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 10:00 am from the Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS with Reverend Donnie Stuart presiding. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home of Morton with interment at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery of Pelahatchie immediately following the service.
Mrs. Alice Huff born on January 2, 1951 to her parents James Franklin and Margie Rue Noblin Sheely of Rankin County. She was a member of the Soul's Harbor Church in Star, MS. She loved to play softball, work crossword puzzles, crochet, play the piano and organ. The family said she loved playing video games and was a very competitive and did not like to lose. She also like playing all types of board games too.
She is preceded in death by her parents James Franklin and Margie Rue Noblin Sheely; her mother Katherine Hathorne; her brothers, Sonny Williams and Monroe Williams; her sister, Ruth Little; and her husband, Victor "Hal" Huff.
She is survived by her children, Jack Kimble of Jackson, Scott Kimble (Lynda Entrekin) of Pelahatchie, Wendy Sims of Brandon, and Tammy Huff of Mendenhall; her sisters, Helen Turner (John) of Vicksburg, Honey Johnson (Boots) of Evans, GA and Jane Hopson (Willis) of Pelahatchie; and 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
