Edward L. Delery, 68, of Libertyville, Illinois died Saturday, April 6, 1991 at Brentwood North, Riverwoods, Illinois.
He was born September 24, 1922 in New Orleans, Louisiana and had resided in this area for the past 20 years. In 1987 he retired as General Manager for Oakley Industries of Niles, Illinois. Mr. Delery had also worked for Chrysler Corporation of Kokomo, Indiana and New Orleans, Louisiana.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; his children, Sandra Delery of DeKalb, Illinois, Edward Delery of Marion, Indiana, Alice Baker of Mexico, Indiana, Randall Shaffer of Carbondale, Illinois and Charles Shaffer of Waukegan; and Carolyn Shaffer of Bloomington, Illinois; his brother, Charles Delery of New Orleans, Louisiana and 1 grandchild.
Funeral service will be 10, Tuesday, April 9, 1991 at MCMURROUGH CHAPEL, 101 Park Place, Libertyville. Private interment Lakeside Cemetery, Visitation 5 to 9 PM, Monday at the funeral home. If desired memorials are requested to the American Heart Association.
