David married Jessie Adelaid Huggins and they were parents of Dora and Percy. Jessie died in 1869.
By 1880 David and his 2nd wife (Sally P.) and children were living and working in Baltimore Maryland.He and Sally were parents of David and Ralph Ketchum. His occupation was that of Commission Merchant; Naval Stores. Note: his sister in law Isadora Huggins Vick's husband was also a Commission Merchant Naval Stores in Wilmington, NC.
