Cliff was born March 4, 1932, in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jaylene Bailey.
Survivors: Wife, Peggy Bailey; son, Michael Bailey; daughters, Donna Okvath and husband, Scott, Jeri Wagner and husband, Tommy, and Patricia Penney; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
