In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Michael; brother, Darrell "Gene" Amos, Jr; and his grandmother, Eva Houck. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Ruby Amos, and Howard Houck.
Interment will be at Amostown Cemetery in Sandy Ridge NC.
