Mrs. Glenda Sue (Logan) Holmes, age 75, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at Cullman Regional surrounded by her loving family. Glenda was born February 13, 1946 at home in Niota, Jefferson County, Alabama to Mary Savanah Jacobs Logan and Walter Lee Logan.

Glenda is survived by daughter: Kerry Holmes Bittle; sons: Donnie (Dawn) Holmes, Aaron (Tracey) Holmes; grandchildren: Brandy Marie Wylie, Katie Holmes (Matt) Powell, Kassie Holmes (Adam) Ferguson, Dempsey Allen Bittle II, Kaitlin Michelle Holmes Purser, Zachary Chase Holmes, John Patrick Brunner; great grandchildren: Rowan Brunner, Eathan Ferguson, Preston Wylie, and Easton James Purser.

Glenda was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Porter Lavone Holmes; father: Walter Lee Logan; mother: Mary Savanah Jacobs Logan; sisters: Virginia Logan Noel, Wilma Jean Logan Bowden; brothers: Wallace Virgil Logan, and Ralph Maxwell Logan.

The family will have a private graveside service for Glenda at Bethsadia Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
