Lewis Lester Wheeler, 26, of Water Street, Lock Haven, died at his home yesterday, September 24, 1942
He was born in Flemington and had resided in this vicinity all his life. Up until he became ill, he was employed by the Clinton Paper Company.
He was survived by his wife, Grace; one son, Lewis Lester, Jr., at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wheeler of Flemington; three brothers and eight sisters: William D., Paul E., George R., Vivian R., Alva J., Mrs. Frederick Bilby, all of Flemington; Mrs. Anna Shillings, Lock Haven; Mrs. Viola Marr and Mrs. Martha Hamilton, both of Lock Haven RD; Mrs. Gordon Bottorf of Williamsport. And Mrs. William Rachau, Mill Hall, RD.
Funeral services were held at the McCloskey Funeral Home, Mill Hall, with the Reverend W. H. Gould of Flemington officiating.
Burial was made at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
