She was the daughter of George and Virginia (Niles) Skaggs. On Sep 9, 1977, she married Ralph Howe, who survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a son, Trevoe (Jaime), Kenton; a brother, Ross (Mickki), Ada; and a grandson.
Deceased is a niece, Susan Skaggs.
A 1975 graduate of Kenton High School and homemaker, she worked at the Kenton K-mart and Hallmark store when it was open. She loved to be with her family and take are of her husband. She was a member of the Ada Full Gospel Church. She also enjoyed reading her Bible.
Services will be at Price-McElroy Funeral Home, Kenton, with Pastor Karen Rarey officiating. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery.
