Tracey-Ann Marie Henry, 35, beloved daughter, sister, grand daughter, and niece, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 16, 2008 in her residence in Hartford.
Tracey-Ann was born on September 29, 1973 in Kingston, Jamaica to Franklin Henry and Joan Palmer Callum. At one year of age the family moved to the United States where Tracey-Ann graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1991. She later graduated from Connecticut Institute of Culinary Arts in Hartford and began her restaurant career in the industry as a chef at Cloud 9 in Hartford. Tracey-Ann was a very talented and delightful young woman who left us way too soon.
A kind and beautiful young woman so full of life, Tracey-Ann is loved and mourned by her all who knew her She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Amy Lawrence Palmer.
