ELLA M. McBEE BARNETT JUNE 18, 1919 - SEPT. 3, 2007 A native and resident of Modesto, Ella passed away at the age of 88. Visitation was held 3-7pm Thur. Sept. 6 and Service will be held 1:30pm Fri. Sept. 7th; both at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty St. in Hanford. Burial at Selma Cemetery District.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY: Ella May Williams was born to John Ritter Williams and Emily Brown-Williams in 1919. She married Robert L. McBee in 1936 and they had ten children together; Betty Jane, Ann, Jim, Patsy Irene, Judy, Sandra Kay, Bonnie, Robert Jr, Bruce and Joe. Ella liked to sew and make quilts, she worked as a seamstress at a dry-cleaner in Hanford, CA before retiring. She was also a devout christian. Her first husband Robert Mcbee passed away in 1987 and some years later Ella remarried to Al Barnett. Al preceded her in death. Ella has many grandchildren and friends in her extended family who loved and will miss her dearly.
