ALFRED ARENTZ

Alfred Alexander Arentz, 93, died at his home in Two Taverns Monday morning at 4:15 o'clock from lobar pneumonia.

He was the son of the late Samuel and Catherine (Crabbs) Arentz and was born in Mt. Joy township where he had lived all his life. His wife, the former Ellen Bair, died 18 years ago. The deceased was a member of Grace Lutheran church, Two Taverns.

Surviving are six children, Mrs. Newton Wherley, Gettysburg R.3; Mrs. Rosa Kinz, Harrisburg; William and Allen Arentz, Two Taverns; Amanda and Edna Arentz, at home; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services from the last home Thursday at 1 o'clock, E.S.T. with further services at Grace Lutheran church, conducted by the Rev. J.M. Myers. Internment in the cemetery adjoining the church.
