A native of Greenville County, she was the widow of James B. Bryson and daughter of the late Hamp and Annie Mae Blackston. She was a member of Lyman First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Dorothy B. Powell of Lyman; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, conducted by the Rev. Jay Thompson.
