Claudia Arlene Page Skelton, 73, of Mansfield, went home to be with her Jesus on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at her home.Born February 9, 1943 in McClure, VA, she is the daughter of William and Nellie Page.

Claudia was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, loyal sister and gracious friend to all who knew her. She taught every life she touched the meaning of unconditional love. She enjoyed planting flowers and listening to the birds sing with her loving husband of 41 years.

She is survived and her memory will be carried out by her husband, Robert Skelton, Sr. Her special sons; Rick Hipp of Mansfield and David Hipp of Shelby. A very special “daughter-in-love” Donna Hipp of Shelby who courageously and lovingly stood by her side and cared for her in the toughest of times. Her daughter and best friend Andrea (Hipp) King of Bellville and her “favorite” son-in-law David King who could always make her smile. Her precious grandchildren; Devin & Tyler Hipp, Haley Niswander, Chase King, David W. Hipp, Demi Hipp and her “bonus” grandson Aaron Hurrell. Her beautiful sisters; Jean Marvicsin, Johnna (Kim) Huerth and Betty (Gary) Reynolds her “twin” who came 3 years later whose bond was undeniable. As well as many nieces and nephews and friends that she made family. Including a very special friend who became a daughter, Ronda Hubbard who stood by her side always.

Waiting for her in heaven are her parents; William and Nellie Page. Her brothers; Donald and Ronald Page. Her sister; Helen Page Underwood. Her two special nephews; Troy Reynolds and Greg Page. And her two dear friends; Debbie Carver and Richard Hubbard.

Friends and family may call from 1:00-2:00pm Monday, May 23rd, 2016 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lex-Springmill Road. A Funeral will be held immediately following at 2:00pm, conducted by Pastor Tony Pingatore of Mosaic church and Rev. Larry Byerly of Cathedral of Life Church. Burial will follow at Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Youth For Christ of Richland County.
