She was the widow of John J. Franklin.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Gottlieb and Gertrude (Kramer) Starck. She was a lifelong Providence resident.
She is survived by a daughter, two sons, a sister, 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
