Kenneth a resident of Gardendale, AL, passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 58. Kenneth owned his own construction company for 40 years and he was a member of the Central Baptist Church.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, J.E. Talley and Emma Gene Golden; brother, Dennis Talley; sisters, Judy Bradberry, Joanne Justus Shows Tabor.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Talley; children, Courtney Talley Hall (Brian), William Kent Cline, Stefanie Wiggins Hudson (Ken), Ray Wiggins (Lavina), Randy Wiggins (Lesia); brothers, Bob Justus (Peggy), Johnny Justus (Dana), Jerry Ledbetter (Sandy), Bruce Stalcup (Donna) and Donnie Talley; sister, Pati Justus; grandchildren, Hunter and Michael Hall, Brayden Johnson, Riley and Regan Hudson, Jordan and Hana Wiggins and Austin Wiggins; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. He loved his dogs Bear, Milo and J.R. who preceded him in death and Monk who was by his side.

Services will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel with a visitation will be Monday, Sep. 15, 2014 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm with a funeral on Tuesday, Sep. 16, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
