Ms. Jolene Kay Martinez, younger sister of Dwayne "Dog" Chapman, died Monday, May 16, 2016, (Hawaii time) at 6:05pm from complication from pneumonia. Ms. Martinez was 62 years old.
“Jolene was a very strong Christian,” said Chapman, “and I am absolutely, positively sure, she’s in heaven right now. But in Hawaii, we don’t say ‘goodbye,’ we say ‘Aloha Oe,’ until we meet again, and I know I will see my sister again, which gives all of us some comfort at this very sad time.”
Martinez is survived by two children and three siblings, including Duane. Funeral arrangements are pending.
