"John William Hines, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur D. Hines of Science Hill, died at his home Tuesday morning, February 3. He was born January 13, 1948. Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon, being conducted by the Rev. W.A. Reece. Burial was in the Science Hill Cemetery.
Surviving are his parents, a brother, Richard, two sisters, Violet and Vergie, a grandfather and a grandmother. Many friends sympathize with the parents and other members of the family in their bereavement."
