Charlene Sanders, age 71, died Monday May 16, 2016 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in Mehlville, MO. Mrs. Sanders was born November 9, 1944 in New Haven, Michigan, the daughter of the late Jimmy and Marie Miller. She was of the Baptist faith. She and her husband owned and operated Jerry's Air Conditioning in Imperial. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. On May 7, 1977 she married Jerry Sanders. He survives. She is also survived by her children and step children: Vickie Moultrie of Imperial, Tony Rhodes of Qulin, James Rhodes of Cadet, Missouri, Trinia Sanders of Imperial, Tracy Sanders of Ellsinore, Tammy Walker of Bluford, Illinois and Laura Burks of Poplar Bluff; thirteen grandchildren: Jeremy, Shanna, Douglas, Haley, Lindsay, James, Shelby, Jerry, Brittany, Courtney, Brandon, Dalton and Bradley; 4 great grandchildren: Hayden, Gavin, Raylinn, and Rebecca; one sister: Betty Brittian of Puxico. She was preceded in death by two brothers: E.J and Delbert (Dub) Miller. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bub Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
