DEATH: May 13, 2016, at University of Utah Hospital, in Salt Lake City, Utah, following an accident while prospecting for gold, in Western Colorado.

BIRTH: May 23, 1927, to Belton and Ona Bryant, in Farwell, Texas, the eldest of three sons.

PRECEDED IN DEATH by parents; and brothers: Kennith, and "Dean."

MARRIAGE: Hilda Monson, in 1974. They lived in Ridgway, Colorado, for more than 40 years, until she passed away in 2014.

PASTIMES AND HOBBIES: Inventor with patents. A pilot. Alaska. Gold mining. Boating. His dog "Sarge."

FAITH in Jesus Christ as his Savior.

SURVIVED BY daughter, Connie Wine and husband, Jim of Jasper, Missouri; and step-son, Chuck Gordon and wife, Doris of Bayfield, Colorado; grandchildren: Jacquie Willet, Rebecca Waisner and Todd Martin of Missouri, and Austin Gordon of Colorado; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other family; and friends.

MILITARY SERVICE AND INURNMENT: 3:00PM, on May 26, 2016, at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Grand Junction, Colorado.
