Daughter of Roy and Helen Green.

Graduate of Mount Vernon High School and Mount Vernon Business School. Donna loved to sing, winning several awards in Grange competitions during her youth. She directed a young girls singing group, Action Singers, at Grove Church of Christ. She was a member of the gospel group Rainbow Promise for more than 20 years and a member of Sweet Adelines.

She was a 27-year member and a former chief of the Utica Emergency Squad. She was a dispatcher for the Utica Police Department for nine years and for the Licking County Sheriff’s Office for 11 years. She also served as the Utica Clerk of Courts.

Survived by her parents, by a sister, a brother and sister-in-law, three sons, a daughter, two daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren, a cousin, and her second family, the McLaughlins.

Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Walter and Dessie Tier, paternal grandparents Ronald and Esther Green, daughter-in-law Amy McLaughlin, and brothers-in-law Robert McLaughlin and Fred Lechleitner.
