Lloyd W. Irvin, age 80, of Silver City, Iowa, passed away May 16, 2016 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Lloyd was born December 4, 1935, in Randolph, Iowa, to the late Luster and Opal (Young) Irvin. He graduated high school and earned a degree in Chemistry. Lloyd worked in the chemical industry for 32 years. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Air Force. Lloyd married Shirley Donelson Parker in 1984. He was an exceptional bowler.
In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by 1 sister and 5 brothers.
It was Lloyd’s wish to be cremated and no services will be held.
