Born to Stella Barney and George Clawson Campbell.

He was an all around loving, kind and caring person. He prided himself on his grandchilden, having fun with them and he loved each of of them very dearly. He made it a priority to spend time with them one on one. He was everyone's favorite Grandpa Floyd and Uncle Floyd. If you knew him you were definitely his favorite.

He loved Johnny Cash. His happy place was camping in the mountains with his Puppy Amanda, she was his soul mate and there were always by each others side. He loved hunting, fishing, panning for gold, and being one with Nature. Words of wisdom from Gramps: "Just take one day at a time, that's all you can do, buck up and move on Bugga!" He would say, "And be grateful for what you have, not for what you don't".

Floyd was preceded in death by his wife Judith Rae, son Gary and daughter Randi. He is survived by his daughter Lisa Campbell, 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services held May 18 in Fredonia, AZ. Arrangements under the direction of Mosdell Mortuary of Kanab.
