Jennie Bellavia, 87, of Harrison died Tuesday (April 9, 2002) in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Harrison. Born Sept. 23, 1914, in Rimersburg, she lived in the Valley all of her life.
She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include four sons, Carmen (Maureen) Bellavia of Glenshaw, Anthony (Rose) Bellavia of Harrisburg, James (Monica) Bellavia of Canfield, Ohio, and Mario (Pat) Bellavia of San Francisco; two daughters, Mrs. Antoinette (Charles) Miller of Decatur, Ill., and Vera Bosco of St. Louis; 17 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio S. Bellavia; her parents, Carmello and Verna Lamendola Pagano; a brother, Joseph M. Pagano; and four sisters, Mary Argento, Tillie Morreale, Jessie Encisco and Grace Bellavia.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in GIUNTA FUNERAL HOME, Arnold.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Walker, pastor of First Baptist Church in Tarentum, officiating.
Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Arnold.
