KALAMAZOO, MICH. – DONNA YVONNE DU VALL, 74 of Kalamazoo, Michigan died unexpectedly Thursday February 19, 2004 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
She was born February 4, 1930 a daughter to Harry & Lemma (Bratt) Hearld.
Donna had resided in the Kalamazoo area for the past 52 years. Prior to that she had lived in Sturgis, MI.
She was a homemaker and a loving and caring mother and grandmother and was a member of the Oakwood Bible Church in Kalamazoo where she was always ready to baby sit children so their parents could attend church services and worship.
She is survived by her 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Wellington Wesley & Donna DuVall, Bruce David & Vicky DuVall both of Portage, MI and Kevin Marvin DuVall of Florida, 2 daughters and son-in-law, Janet Yvonne Jones of Florida and Michelle Yvonne & Scott Fisher of Hastings, MI, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and 1 brother and his wife, Phillip & Linda Hearld of Scotts, MI.
Her parents, 2 sisters, Janet Hearld and Ruby Hearld and 1 brother, William Hearld preceded her in death.
Friends and relatives may call at the HACKMAN-Foglesong Funeral Home of Sturgis after 6:00 P.M. Saturday where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 P.M. Funeral services celebrating the life of Donna Yvonne DuVall will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Stephen Johnson of the Oakwood Bible Church will officiate. A graveside committal will follow the service at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis.
