She was born September 27, 1919, in Hopkinsville, Ky., the daughter of the late Viola James and Henry Trice Shepherd.
Estelle was retired after 20 years as a pre-school/kindergarten teacher at Weirton Christian Center.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Lizetta Rowley Circle and taught Sunday school.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Anderson, on October 3, 1979; and two sons, Gary and David Anderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Thomas) Durkin of Weirton; her son, Bill T. (Jane) Anderson of Weirton; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home, Inc., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, Monday from 4-8 p.m. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Donald Dague officiating.
Interment will be at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
