We lost our brother, David Lamar Hart, on the morning of April 26, 2016, due to cancer. Lamar was born in Jacksonville on May 11, 1953, and lived most of his life at the Beaches.
He graduated from Fletcher, became a journeyman carpenter and served in the Navy Construction Battalion.
Lamar was predeceased by our parents, Mabel and Quinton Hart and our brother, Kenneth Hart. The remaining family Bobbie Minton, Wayne Hart, Vonna Allen and Van Hart will miss Lamar, as will his many friends and relatives.
Lamar's remains will be placed, with Military Honors, at Jacksonville National Cemetery on June 17th at 11:30 AM. Cremation services were provided by Affordable Cremation.
