William W. (Bill) Scholl, a former longtime Wickenburg resident, died at his home in Phoenix earlier this year. Mr. Scholl, 76, died March 28, 2001. Mr. Scholl was born Jan. 30, 1925 in Winterset, Iowa.
He worked for many years for Arizona Public Service Co. in Wickenburg, and later operated Scholl's Gas Service Co. in Wickenburg.
Survivors include two sons, James W. Scholl of Tempe, and Patrick W. Scholl and daughter-in-law Cindy Scholl of Webb City, Mo.; a daughter, Kathy Franklin and son-in-law Butch Franklin of Tempe; and a sister, Grace Green of Coldwater, Miss.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Scholl, in 1996.
Private services were held in Webb City, Mo.
