Born in Rockingham County on November 8, 1954, Keith was a graduate of Madison-Mayodan High School. He was a member of Smyrna Presbyterian Church and formerly employed with Proctor & Gamble, and a past employee of Unifi, Inc. for 35 years. He was a motorcycle, gun, and music enthusiast.
Survivors include his devoted wife of 39 years, Pamela Boulding Sparks; son, Cory Sparks, daughter, Shasta Anne Sparks; parents, Billy Franklin Sparks and Betty Rakestraw Sparks; brothers, Frankie Sparks (Leigh) and Eddie Sparks (Keri); and two nieces and one nephew.
