During the following two decades, she appeared in American, French, Italian and British cinema, in such pictures as "Gentleman Jim" (1942), "Paris After Dark" (1943), "The Royalists" (1947) and "8 1/2" (1963). She was married to French character actor Marcel Dalio and later to Italian screenwriter Tullio Pinelli.
