Frank Edward Silva, Jr. Born in Fairfield on Sept. 3, 1934, and entered into rest on April 15, 2016. He lived in the Lincoln area up until his death. He started his working career as a crop duster, spent time working for the Southern Pacific Railroad and later retired as a Teamster from Bekins Van Lines. He served in the Marine Corps from 1954-1957. Frank is survived by his wife of 49 years Barbara, sons Randy (Monica) and Bill, daughters Toni Paradis and Sherry Gatchell (Charlie), siblings Calvin, Louise Foster, Clarence, Fredrick, Marjorie "Margie" Beevers, Henry "Hank", Laura, Harold "Paul", Katheryn "Kathy" Cote, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mabel Silva, his daughter Cheri Hutchison, son Kenneth "Randy" Silva, and siblings Eleanor "Sis" Harrington, Elizabeth "Betty" Beck, Maybelle "Mayc" Bastien, Russell and Leonard Silva.
A service will be held on Friday, April 22nd -- 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 252 N. "O" Street, Lincoln, CA 95648.
