Henry Henderson, Jr., a resident of New Roads, La and native of Morganza passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at his residence at the age of 73.
Visitation 9 am with Religious services to follow at 10 am, Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Verrette's Funeral Home, 1018 Parent Street, New Roads, LA.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Carolyn (Julio) Perry, Baton Rouge, La, Deneice Andrews, Memphis, TN, Jackie Cook, Baton Rouge, La, Nicole (Gerald) Buchanan, Las Vegas, NV, Reba (Carlos) Gaines, Douglasville, GA, Emma (Kent) Gaines, Kimberly (Darryl) Bell, Rochell and Terrica White, all of Baton Rouge, La; one sister, Betty H. Young, Manteca, CA; and one brother Willie L. Henderson, Milwaukee, WI. He loved all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Henderson, Sr., a daughter, Linda S. Henderson, two brothers, Charles Milton and Anthony Henderson and a sister, Diane Dukes.
Burial ~ Monday, December 14, 2015 at 11:00 am, Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary, La.
