Billy was born in Wynne, Arkansas on October 12, 1955 to Buster and Bernice Henry. He was a long haul truck driver.
Survivors are his mother, Bernice Shoumake Ray; children, Billy Henry, Jr. and Michael Lynn Henry of Durham Springs, Louisiana; Courtney Paige Elliott of Lamar, Missouri; brothers, Roger Henry of Earle, Arkansas; Marvin Rogers of Hughes, Arkansas; Marion Henry "Weasle" of Crookston, Minnesota; sisters, Betty Harvison of Earle, Arkansas; Glenda Adams of Smithville, Mississippi; Brenda Wilborn of Hughes, Arkansas; Marsha Dial of Smithville, Mississippi; Sylvia Jones of Trumann, Arkansas; Emmer Driskill of Trumann, Arkansas; and Tammy Campbell of Manila, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren and one on the way. He was preceded in death by his father, Buster Henry.
Visitation will be Sunday, 1 PM until 2 PM at Kernodle Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Tyronza Cemetery in Tyronza, Arkansas.
