Mrs. Jimmie Maurice Frazier, age 94 of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Winn Parish Medical Center.

Mrs. Frazier was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnfield where she was a member of the Tri L Sunday School Class. She was retired from Winn Department Store.

Mrs. Frazier was the daughter of Jonah H. Steen and Eva Martin and was also preceded in death by her husband Cloy Lee Frazier, son Mickey Frazier, Daughter, Jan Frazier Wilson, two grandchildren Allison Lynette Wilson and Jennifer Leigh Wilson, brother JT Steen and sister Joyce Stott.

She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter Jimmie Frazier Davies (Jack), of Winnfield, grandchildren Johnny Lovell (Monica) of Winnfield and Courtney Matheny (Bobby) of Shreveport, great grandchildren Laci Corkern (Jamie), Kelli Spearman (Denny), Savannah Lovell, Janna Grace Matheny, and Hannah Matheny, great great grandchildren Ryleigh Jo Spearman, Case Corkern, Marti Katherine Corkern, Kendall Corkern, and Cole Corkern. Mrs. Frazier is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Reverends John Holland and Steven Smithson officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Friends may visit with the family in the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be: Johnny Lovell, Don Causey, Joe Dosher, Donnie Maxey, Lynn Maxey, Bobby Matheny, Greg Davies, Tommy Smithy. Honorary pallbearers will be Clyde Swanson, John F. Lovell, Teddy Garner, Edward Harrell, Sam Dupree, Harold Tarver, Dwight Callender, John Posey, and Dr. Jerry Williams.

Memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Winnfield and or the charity of the donors choice.
