Anita C Butler, 44, of Anderson, SC passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016.Born in Pinehurst, NC she was the daughter of FK and Pat Bowler and the wife to Tyus Butler. Anita was a Sunday school teacher at Labor of the Fields Church.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Anjelica Brewer, David Butler, Addison Butler, Brooke Wicker, and Brittany Butler; sisters: Cathy Bowler, Samantha Bowler Rutledge, and Melissa Bowler; 8 grandchildren; and special friend: JoLynn Chasteen.The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 12pm - 3pm at Gethsemane Baptist Temple. A graveside service will follow the visitation at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and will be officiated by Reverend Sam Duncan and Reverend Vernon Bagwell. The family will be at the home following the service.Flowers are optional, but the family asks that donations be made to the Tyus Butler Recovery Fund at The People's Bank.Condolences may be offered at www.sosebeemortuary.com.
