Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Jacobsen died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Genesis, Silvis.
Jeff was born October 1, 1956, in Kenosha, WI, the son of Robert and Nancy Rannow Jacobsen. He married Rhonda Fordham May 28, 1988, in Rock Island, IL. Jeff served in the United States Army National Guard for 20 years, retiring in 1995. He also retired from the Rock Island County Sheriff's Department in 2015, with over 30 years of service.
