Francis P Cluff, 66, owner and operator of Cluff's Hatchery at Rehobeth, Maryland, died Thursday at his home on Rehobeth Road., near Pocomoke City. He had been in failing health for some time.

Born at Rehobeth, he was a son of the late Harry and Matilda Cluff. Mr. Cluff was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church here and the Pocomoke Elks Lodge, No. 1624. He was a member and past president of the Pocomoke Lions Club and a director of the Pocomoke branch of the Maryland National Bank.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alicia Darnell Cluff; two daughters, Sister Mary Joseph of the Carmelite Monastery in Morristown, NJ and Mrs. Don Ramsey of near Pocomoke City; five grandchildren; and a brother, Robert H. Cluff, near Pocomoke City.

Funeral services will be held in the Watson Funeral Home here . The Bethany Church pastor, the Rev. Donald Hornung will officiate. Assisting will be the Rev. Harold F. McGee, rector of Saint Mary of the Virgin Episcopal Church, and the Rev. Oscar Frundt, pastor of the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Internment will be in the St. Mary Church Cemetary.

Friends may call anytime at Mr. Cluff's late home at anytime.
