Cecil M. Carr, 91, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Buckley Landing. He was a retired self-employed general contractor, a member of the High Market Sportsmen's Club, senior member of the Constableville Fish & Game Club, and origi-nal member of the Empire Stockcar Assoc. Widower of Gladys Carr who died in 2002. Survived by his daughter, Joyce M. Krickbaum of Cicero; two sons, Timothy (Donna) Carr of Warners, Michael (Terri) Carr of Brewerton; one sister, Bertha Foley of Lakeland, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. Services Thursday, 10 a.m., at Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc., 4504 W. Seneca Tpk. Interment, Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
