Married Sylvia Seefeld 18 May 1946 at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London
He worked for Kimberly Clark for 41 years until he retired in 1983. He started the Kimberly chapter of the Lutheran Boy Pioneers and was active with them for many years. He was also a great carpenter who loved to fish, hunt, bowl and play basketball in his early years.
He is survived by his wife, 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, and a special neighbor.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 siblings.
