June 4, 1963 - May 7, 2016 Michael Anthony Drew, known by his family and friends as Mike, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016. Mike was a native and a resident of Eight-Mile, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Drew.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Clark Drew; one son, Danny (Kelli) Drew of Eight Mile; one daughter, Brittany (Steve) Kent of Australia; two grandchildren, Brayden Kent and Brooks Drew, and one grandchild on the way; his father, Dennis (Donna) Drew of Eight Mile; two brothers, Donnie Drew of Stockton, and Ricky Drew of Mobile; one sister, Stacey (Brandon) White of Bagdad, FL; mother-in-law, Myrtle Clark; brothers-in-law, Gary (Karen) Clark and Dale Clark; one sister-in-law, Elaine Clark; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Brian Heller and staff at Southern Cancer, and his nurse, Natalie and staff at Springhill Hospice. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the chapel at Radney funeral Home in Saraland, with interment to follow at Mauvilla Cemetery.
