Grace is the daughter of John Moyes and Mary Rosella Thomas.

Grace married Don Carlos Perry about 1912. They had six children: Clara, Rupert, Don Alonzo, Ethel, Ralph, and Emma. Later divorced.

In Feb 1929 Grace gave birth to a daughter in Boise ID, which she gave up for adoption, as she wasn't married, and had 5 other children at the time. No matter how difficult this decision was, she was reassured that the Children's Home Finding and Aid Society of Idaho, could and did find the baby a good Christian home, with all it's advantages of education, and to be fitted for the requirements of a good life. She named her Norma Jean Perry.Adoptive Parents were Fred Glorfield and wife Naomi Lasley, they named her Twylla Jean.
Adoption files have been opened, and Twylla was able to find her birth mother's family before she past. The birth father is (Hal) Samuel Henry Freston Jr. of Roosevelt, Utah

Later married Phillip Van Jr. They had three children: Elnora June, Jerry, and Margaret Rose. Later Divorced.
