Fred Eugene Adams, 66, of Harrisburg, formerly of Murphysboro, died Thursday, December 22, 1994, in Saline Care Center.
He was born June 4, 1928, in Murphysboro, to Roy and Ethel (Jaggerman) Adams.
Survivors include one half-brother, Rex Easterly of Pickins, South Carolina; one son, Gene Adams of Morris; two daughters, Christy Taylor and Barbara Thomas, both of Chicago; and two half-sisters, Shirley Rahlfs of Belleville and Delores Seward of Florissant, Missouri.
