Mrs. Lillie Bowman, 66, of 724 Euclid avenue, died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday at Schneck Memorial Hospital here. She had been in failing health for a number of years.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, with the Rev. Alex McIntosh, pastor of the Seymour Church of God, in charge. Burial in a Deputy Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 o'clock tonight at the Buchanan Funeral Home.

Mr. Bowman was born in 1901 in Lee County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late lee and Parfee [sic] Clark Vires. Her husband, Floyd preceded her in death about 10 years ago.

Mrs. Bowman was a member of the Seymour Church of God.

Survivors include six sons, Conley, Clyde and Virgil, all of Pontiac, Mich.; Eugene, Warren, Mich.; Virling, Commiskey; Edward Lee, Jonesville; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Williams, Ellemwood, Ga.; Mrs. Geneva Edwards, Seymour; three brothers, Richard Vires, Austin; Asbury, Beattyville, Ky.; Alex, Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Roberts, Austin; 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
